Herfloza began as a space for women but has expanded to welcome people of all genders and ages. Our gatherings are inclusive and nurturing – anyone seeking connection, reflection, and soulful experiences is welcome to join.
Each gathering is uniquely curated but typically includes creative rituals (like flower pinning or letter writing), mindful exercises, soulful music, and opportunities for connection. We create safe spaces for self-expression and reflection.
Not at all! Our activities are designed for everyone, regardless of artistic experience. The focus is on the process of expression, not the final product. We celebrate every unique contribution.

Just yourself and an open heart! We provide all materials needed for activities. Some people like to bring a journal, but it’s completely optional.
We started in Colombo and are expanding across Sri Lanka. Our events are held in peaceful, welcoming spaces like cafes, studios, and sometimes in nature. Each event listing includes the specific location details.
